got music? entertainment has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area with quality karaoke and DJ services since 1998. All events are hosted by owner/proprietor Barb Nichols. Using state of the art sound equipment customized for any venue, the music is clear, reliable, and just plain sounds great. Utilizing such high tech components as a laptop computer and LCD monitor, this professional grade system features Bose speakers, digital amplifiers and a completely computerized music library with over one terabyte of storage. Listeners and singers alike marvel at the sound quality. To complete the experience, Barb's personable and professional behavior has earned her a reputation of having one of the premier musical entertainment services in the tri-state.

Barb first got behind the microphone at Regina High School's WRHS  campus broadcasting station. While in high school she participated in the Junior Achievement Explorers program and gained valuable broadcasting experience working at WVXU public radio station on the campus of Xavier University. Blessed with a powerful singing voice, she found karaoke and became a favorite among karaoke hosts, fans and producers. Barb appeared on the local TV show Rocket to the Stars in 1992, closing the program with a rousing rendition of Aquarius / Let the Sun Shine In. Billed as Freedom Rock Barb on the show, this moniker still follows her to this day. She also appeared in Fast Track to Fame, a nationally syndicated TV show.

At the urge of friends in the karaoke business, Barb acquired sound equipment and started got music? entertainment in 1998. She now has over 100,000 karaoke songs and has expanded her business to become one of the premier DJ's in the region. Barb constantly updates her equipment and music to provide her customers the quality experience they deserve.
